About Me
I am a fully licenced Coach in Running Fitness through UK Athletics with many years’ experience in coaching both road and trail runners. I provide personalised training plans for runners in the UK and abroad online and provide face to face sessions and guided runs to people in the Bolton, Wigan, Chorley and Manchester area. I specialise in helping runners achieve a new distance, such as a first marathon, in a safe, structured way. If you are looking for a personal best in your next race, or want to work on your running technique, perhaps I can help. I also work with DogFit to introduce you and your dog to Canicross in a safe and fun way, teaching you the basics and offering social runs.
